The "real deal" i couldnt imagine anyone being better, honestly. Not only his knowledge, what he does & how he does it but the person that he is. He's sincerely & truly a great man, he's dedicated his whole life to helping others & it shows and so many of us appreciate you so much..

I want to say thank you to Dr. Mannino and his team. They are kind, welcoming and even check in when you may not have shown up for a while. Dr. Mannino has helped me twice - once before heading to a backpacking trip when I had slightly thrown out my lower back and another time after a car accident. I don't know what I would have done without his help. Thank you again.

My experience with Dr. Mannino was simply outstanding. There is no pressure to sign up for non-chiropractic treatment or supplements. And he was flexible when it came to payment terms for my treatment.Highly recommended.
