This was not a good experience at all. We have used three other cleaning services and this was always the worst. There were consistently missed areas of the home. With each cleaning we were always dissatisfied but hoped it would get better. The staff was always 30-45 minutes late arriving. On several occasions dirty dishes were left on the counter and we constantly had to instruct on things like, vacuuming the sectional, where to dust, etc.—just lack of attention to detail and the cleaning appearing rushed.What frustrates me the most is that the last job was a move out cleaning.
