Been a loyal client to LHR/ Ms. Sondra since 2011. Great experience every time. She does an amazing job and will definitely give you a great post treatment instruction to help with healing and keep the results long lasting. I came here for a while are saw some really great results with laser hair removal and some laser resurfacing. If I were rating the results only it would be an easy 5 stars. Deducted 1 star for customer service however because of multiple attempts by the nurse to engage in political conversations. Regardless of which end of the political spectrum you are on, if a customer is uncomfortable with political discourse please just drop it. I also run an extremely tight schedule and there were at least 3 times I showed up and had to wait for someone to arrive at the office. I have been 3 times to LHR and Aesthetics Center and every time has been wonderful! They are so pleasant and informative and make me feel at ease. I will continue to go as the results are always great! Thank you guys so much! Kristin
