The school offers a diverse range of programs, including self-defense, weaponry, sparring, board-breaking, and forms, catering to students of all ages, from toddlers to seniors. Led by Head Instructor and Founder, Grand Master Raphael Velez, who has over 45 years of martial arts training and 35 years of teaching experience, the school's team of dedicated and passionate instructors focuses on developing not just the martial artist, but the overall character and growth of each student. Through various training methods, students acquire greater respect for themselves and others, promoting self-discipline and confidence, all while having fun.
