Mark and Greg were on time, were patient and helpful getting our spigot situation workable (the closest one was broken), and did an excellent job with two cars and a motorcycle. Haven't seen these vehicles shine like this in a while and the interiors still smell awesome after 4 days. They really got into the hard to reach nooks and crannies. The price was fair and we'll be looking out for them next year (or after the kids have significantly defiled the interiors).
I had a new car for about 2 weeks and got a 2 foot scuff mark from another car on the front fender. I called Jewel out of the blue to see if they'd take a look at it and they said bring it by. A very nice man took a look at it, used a compound to remove the scuff, then sealed the area with a polish. Good as new, I was so relieved I didn't need to go to a body shop. He then said there was no charge since it took only 5 mins. Amazing customer service. When I need a full detail I will definitely be back.
I was able to make an appointment easily on Yelp and Jewel responded shortly after. I was scheduled for a 2-hour window and was supposed to receive a text. After 2.5 hours I returned and waited in their waiting room for awhile until someone came in and told me it would be another 90 minutes due to animal hair. They did a great job but communication could've been better re: service time. I was disappointed that my $180 detail did not include an exterior wash, which I had to pay $25 for elsewhere, hence the 4 stars.
