Bad service for older people. They change appointments arbitrarily and the patient finds out the same moment he goes to the appointment and, in the end, they do not attend to him and waste his time. In addition to not considering that they are making a patient go for pleasure.There is a Colombian Therapist who has unpleasant treatment.That supposed Therapist has no patience with older people and makes people feel that "Therapies" are of no use to an older person.That Therapist always acts in a negative way in every session she performs with an elderly person and always discourages them.The Administration only cares about complying with the greatest number of Therapies...read full review

Julie is amazing! The way she is able to connect what different aspects of my health together to formulate the best plan of care for me was extraordinary. She takes the time to listen to all my concerns and checks in throughout my visits to see whether I am improving. She is such a knowledgeable and effective professional.

Just rang their number (703)580-5160 four times to find out information. On the automated system, I selected billing (I thought it prudent to go to that dept to confirm they accept my insurance). It said press 4 to speak to someone. I pressed 4, automated reply: I didn't understand that response. I called back and went through the same process, got the same result. Next I called back and opted to press for a new patient scheduling, it went to a ringing sound and then hung up. I called again. Still couldn't get connected. Wow, I'm just looking to see if I can sign up as a new patient. There is NO way I would go here now. Absolutely no way. The lack of comms and poor set up does not bode well at all. Can you imagine having an issue and trying to resolve it here? Well done, Inova. No way will I be a patient here now.
