Kristy was super hands on and explained the underlying physiology of what she was doing. she showed me a wide variety of exercises to supplement our sessions to continue my healing into the future.
Ideal Wellness PLLC provided me individual physical therapy attention. I hadn't experienced that from two past PT clinics. I strongly recommend Ideal Wellness to help you recover!! The business supports Veterans through the VA!!!
