Worst service every. They ask for payment before service and ask to include the tip. I was overdue for a massage and just went ahead and did it. This was around 7:30pm. Once they received the payment the said "oh it's late can you come back tomorrow" I asked why I was being charged if they didn't intend on providing the service. They said they never got the payment when in fact they did. I was frustrated and walked out after they said use it as a credit. Three days later I return around 3pm. At first they tried to refuse the credit. Once they decided to follow through with what they were supposed to, the left me on the massage table for 30 minutes while they all had conversation at the front. I got up, got dressed and left. Please do not waste your time with them.

Massage was decent at best. Would have given 2 stars but noticed that she didn’t change the sheets, just straightened them up for the next customer after me. I am headed straight for a scolding hot shower at home as I am grossed out that the sheets may not have been clean.

My partner called and was hung up on when asking for help. She called multiple times and same thing. We both went to building and the lady told us she was too busy to even help us and walked away. Why even bother having the open sign up if you refuse to help customers.
