I had a backed up and leaking kitchen sink through the weekend, the first plumbing service we used ghosted and didn't show which lead to me calling FH Furr. Not only did the customer service rep have us down for an appointment within 24 hours, the confirmed the window, and then further confirmed the time.Byron Lucas showed up on time, made sure to cover shoes, was friendly to my kids, respectful with regards to my animals and gave the run down on prices, what he was able to do, what the next steps were l, the whole nine yards.At the end of the service it didn't have the intended result, however he called out to his supervisor and got a price match on a enzyme treatment....read full review

Matthew Lang is a professional, knowledgeable technician who explained what was wrong. He provided me with options to fix my problems. Once he started the project, he completed work in a timely manner. Once he was finished, the areas were left clean.

F H FURR Matt provided electrical service to me which was excellent. He cared about his work, he was clean, neat and his work was perfect. He made sure everything was functional and as clean as when he arrived. He was charming, had a great personality and I felt safe while he was here. In fact he was so darn good, I had him come out and do some additional work for me.He will be my go to electrician. I am recommending him to everyone I know. I am not at all easy to please but when I am happy about service I want everyone to know.
