My family is serving overseas and have enjoyed working with EMS General Contractors, LLC for more than 4 years on dozens of big, medium, and small projects. We like their system of setting appointments and paying invoices which makes it easier for me living away from home. They always arrive on time and are prepared for the job at hand.
My favorite aspect is their high quality work. We own several properties and have worked with many contractors and EMS is the best.
I personally appreciate how communicative they are as well as being responsive when I have questions about a quote. They are always polite and respectful.

FANTASTIC!! Midnight on a Sunday, my went out, the team was onsite within 45 min and fixed the problem in less than 30 min! Very professional, kind, respectful of property, knowledgeable. Also, Daniel from the HQ called and confirmed everything and helped coordinate the teams arrival - all at 1AM on a SUNDAY! Thank-you SO MUCH! I also had them do a quick survey of another non-emergency electric project I have and they are providing a follow-up quote! Overall awesome experience! I am a female and was home alone this evening and didn’t feel at all nervous to have the team come in. So that’s a plus!
