No one likes encountering HVAC repairs and expenses, but Logan was the least painful experience. From the initial phone call to the actual service, it was truly a hassle free experience. The 2 technicians were polite, answered all my questions and explained what they were doing and they did know what they were doing!! I do not think their pricing was off the wall, but very fair, especially for their great work and customer service.

Over the weekend our AC stopped working so we made an emergency call to E.M Logan because it was a 95 degrees. The technician, Daniel, showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. He spent time explaining to us what the issues could be and how he was going to fix it, which we really appreciated.
