    I’ve had many property managers over the years, and Allen ranks amongst the best. He is a proactive, hard-working, competent manager with excellent communication skills. His sound judgment has resulted in quality tenants who have made their payments on time and kept my property in excellent condition. I am fully confident in Allen’s abilities and would wholeheartedly recommend him to any landlord looking for a property manager or tenant looking for a place to rent.

    I was shopping around for a property management company and ran across Allen and his company. I had not rented my home before and had a ton of questions and concerns - especially coming out of COVID and hearing some of the struggles of renting and being a landlord. Allen answered all my questions and helped me list my property, work to find tenants and was very responsive if I need help or recommendations getting the house ready to rent. Overall, I’d recommend Capital Property Management and look forward to working with him keeping my property rented and both my tenants and myself satisfied.
