After months of ongoing issues with my heat pump compressor, I was lucky to find Brennan's and technician Aaron Sajeski. I had previously dealt with FH Furr, who came out twice--first claiming it was a refrigerant leak in December, then saying in June that the compressor was overheating and needed to be replaced. Their quoted price? $3,400 (that was their "member discount") for labor and Freon alone, even though the part was still under warranty. Complete scam. Aaron from Brennan's came out, used the same diagnostic tools, and quickly determined the actual issue: the system was overcharged. He made a few simple adjustments, and just like that, everything was working perfectly--no parts needed, no outrageous bill. The difference was night and day: FH Furr relied on fear tactics and inflated pricing, while Brennan's and Aaron brought professionalism, honesty, and real technical skill. I can't recommend them enough. Skip the flashy marketing and go with a trusted local company like Brennan's. Ask for Aaron, you'll be in excellent hands.
