I used to live in Manassas and would order from a florist there and always had a really good experience, so when looking for a florist here Brandon’s Flowers had the best reviews, and they do for a reason. I ordered online and it was the most seamless process, and when I got the notification that the flowers were delivered I was surprised that it was so quick. The flowers were beautiful, and the recipients really enjoyed them. I will be using them in the future!

Ordered flowers on a Tuesday for a local funeral Thursday. I did not receive an email receipt, but did receive an email saying I will be getting their newsletter. That's fine, no big deal, but prefer a receipt. A few minutes after ordering I wanted to change who the flowers were from, add "and family" after my name. I sent an email that was listed on the newsletter as contact info. Did not get a reply or any acknowledgment. I went to the funeral today and they did not make the change. Disappointing.BTW, the flowers were absolutely beautiful, really nicely done.UPDATE: Owner did reach out and apologized, I do appreciate that concern, the email was 100% sent to email address...read full review
