I had my brake pads and rotors replaced yesterday and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He was able to service me the same day, which I really appreciated. The pricing was very reasonable, and he was extremely knowledgeable and informative throughout the process. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and why and answered all of my questions. Everything was smooth and professional. I truly appreciated the honesty and his quality of service and would definitely recommend him to anyone!
Frank replaced my brakes and made sure everything was to my satisfaction before he left. His schedule was booked but made an exception for me on Thanksgiving of all days. I will be recommending his services to anyone I know who could use his service. He even gave me some advice on future repairs I will need in the future. Frank is simply the best in town! He just installed new front and rear brake pads, rotors, and performed a brake flush on my vehicle. I was especially impressed that he uses high-quality original parts, but his price was nearly half of what the dealership quoted me.
