I called for a last minute appointment for a small sewing job and was told to come immediately. I got to the store within 10 minutes and the job was done in about 8-10 minutes while I waited in the store. Everything was done quickly, yet professionally. I would definitely go again. One item to note is that they only accept cash or check.

Needed 2 sets of heel caps replaced. It was super fast.CASH ONLY - that was not posted anywhere I could see before I went, so I had to leave and come back. Payment up front, so this is relevant. Felt a bit pricey for the slap-dash effort; I had to have one tip straightened before I even walked out, and the fabric at the joint of the heel and cap were not treated delicately. I have boots in need of more complex repair that I will not take here... but in a pinch, this worked.
