Great communication from start to finish. Asif was flexible about scheduling and parts sourcing, he was also knowledgeable about oem parts and common issues with other options on the market. Pricing was clear upfront and consistent with charges after service. He arrived on time. He was organized, clean, and safe. My dishwasher is working and I couldn’t be happier :) Highly recommend!

Our Appliance Geek technician did a wonderful job. He notified us when he was in his way, and arrived when he said he would. Very polite and knew what he was doing, going above and beyond. He figured out the leak was not from the washing machine, which was very helpful, but was coming from our HVAC. He cleared out the drain from the HVAC system and cleaned up the leak and the area looks good. Now we’ll have to have the HVAC looked at, wish it could be an Appliance Geek.

Our second time using this company, (we had a dishwasher problem a few years ago) and we are very pleased with the work they do.

Have used Appliance Geek for many years. When my Samsung fridge's ice maker stopped working, I found Asif on Angie's list. He was the only one I could find who could fix Samsung appliances. He is fair and is able to fix any brand of appliance out there.
