The ladies at the front desk were very kind and welcoming and took me back fast and the radiologist made sure the pressure wasn’t too much and made me feel comfortable I definitely recommend Fairfax radiology they take great care of you weather it’s an ultrasound for right ovarian cysts etc.
My ultrasound tech and my radiologist were both very professional and thorough. They talked me through every step of the process and made me feel very comfortable. My appointment was at 9:15 and I was on my way home by 9:30! I was not there for anything worrying, just routine scans, but I could see them being a very reassuring presence if I had been there under other circumstances.
The front office staff were welcoming and polite and kind. If was definitely helpful to do the registration online prior to the appointment, and the online experience was painless and easy.
I had a screening mammogram, which is Never comfortable. My technician, Scarlett was WONDERFUL. She was patient and very specific and helpful to ensure all was “lined up” so no retakes were necessary!! She was efficient which allowed me to be finished in under 30 minutes. I will request her every year!! 😊
