Mike came out on a day when the government released at 1pm and made the appointment by 2:30pm with two courtesy calls to let me know traffic was not good and he would be late for the 2-4 schedulappointment window. I have a toilet in a 80 year old building with a iron pipe flange that broke exposing iron pipe that did not have a completely flat edge causing leaking. He fixed the problem quickly, was professional, and was gone easily before 4pm. I was really panicked I might have to rip out all the iron piping right now to get my one toilet back in service for the condo so this made my day. Thanks.

Pros - responsive when contacted - came on short notice - quickly referred a contractor when he realized damage extent who came that day to provide estimate and assistance (Holiday Construction) Cons - told them the issue, they said they had supplies to fix the issue. Turns out when he showed up that he could not fix it so we just paid the service charge FYI - the contractor they referred (Holiday Construction and their owner Romeo) initially did good work but ultimately requested 50% payment and became slow to respond and not show up to ultimately no longer responding or showing up to complete the work which has resulted in a loss to us as we now are paying more to finish...read full review
