Do not be fooled by the name of this site - few items are dry cleaned at this price. In fact, from the price listing, only men's shirts are at that price. But taking the few pieces I did, I received my items back in clean order. I have learned to be hesitant to take a large load to any cleaners. But a couple of pieces will allow for more scrutiny. When you come, pack your patience. Wait and Check in may take some time. But it is adequate work.

I brought three wool winter coats in to be cleaned and ready for the cold winter weather. Always be prepared! I brought them home and my Sam Edelman coat was completely destroyed! All the leather trim was torn up. The you lady said they wouldn't pay to replace it. I only wore it one season and I could only find ONE new one online. I searched everywhere!! I provided them the website and the cost of the new coat. Today they called and said I could pick up a check for the ruined coat. THEY CUT A CHECK FOR THE FULL PRICE TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE COAT!!! Brilliant customer service!!!

Just an update to their turnaround time. They are not currently honoring the posted signs advertising "In by 9:00am out by 6:00pm". I tried to drop off Tuesday before 8:00am, and the earliest I could pick it up was Thursday after 6:00pm. There are hand-written signs taped to the registers inside, but I didn't find that out until I arrived. Plan ahead because there is not an option for same-day service right now.
