If you're looking for a handyman to be honest about his ability to do the job, to do the job right, to communicate, to be on time....this is the guy. I had a gutter that came loose from the house. James came to look at it and said at that time that he was not sure what to do to fix it but would set an appointment to check it further and fix if he could. He arrived at the appointment time and checked out possible repair options. He let me know how each option would work and the cost. After starting the job, he was able to attach the gutter better than his initial thought. Then in few weeks, after a big rain, he called back to see how the gutter was holding up.
