We have been going here for many years now and overall I have had positive interactions. When we first went here I had a very large conflict with one of your now retired Doctors who completely crossed the line with his overly dramatic hypotheticals. It's not the first and won't be the last time you deal with immunization disagreements. Covid vaccines were 99% effective right? Remember? Now its ~40%. You have to understand why as parents we are more guarded than previous generations.

Generally this practice is pretty good UNLESS you disagree with the decision of a physician assistant or nurse practitioner's decision and voice your dissatisfaction to the check out desk. Out of a year and a half we only saw a Dr. twice and not the same Dr. I voiced my disapproval of a decision the provider (not a doctor) to NOT) give my child a note for school for all the days he had missed that week due to the entire house having Covid and within a week received a certified letter in the mail advising I needed to find another practice to take my child to. If you want to use this office, Agree with them 100% and keep your mouth shut!

We've been coming here for 12 years. I love how Dr. Duck is very informative with every issue we have encountered over the past 12 years. We have seen just about every doctor in the office through out our time there whether it was the after hours clinic, or calling in to get a first available sick appointment. Everyone We have seen has taken the time to listen to my concerns about my child and explain symptoms and possibilities, and outcomes to expect. We really love this office.
