Signed up for one of their short term stabilization programs, did intake, got my first day, then they ghosted me…. Never heard back from the program, never got to start.
Which is crazy to me as someone who also works in this type of care, this is a dangerous place.
Thank god I didn’t turn in the paper with the debit and credit card information on the piece of paper they told me I had to give them to get care.
If you ever need to get ahold of anyone in the building, do not expect to have the phone answered. If you leave a message, expect 3 days at minimum to get a reply. The staff I have worked with here have been great, but as for the communication, I have really never had a business or doctors office every do this badly for getting someone on the phone. I hope things get fixed in that regard :/
Was wrongly discharged from office and nkt given any meds especially being pregnant! And went to new doctor just to find out i was wrongly diagnosed the entire time! Don't trust this place!!
