Based on the reviews, Walmart Vision & Glasses has truly wonderful staff who are a blessing. Ms. Valerie was truly wonderful and helped a mother with her sunglasses. Bill was truly amazing, going above and beyond with insurance, finding the best frame, and lens options; he even tried to fix old glasses. Merlinda is a wonderful soul who made sure a customer was comfortable and answered all questions. The people working there are super helpful, even if they look rude at first. They are able to keep a conversation going in an enjoyable atmosphere. While it is not a higher end place, they have good prices and are willing to help. A lady was super nice and explained how everything would work, and a child’s glasses were ready 2 days later. The staff are truly wonderful.
Bill was truly amazing he not only helped me with my eyeglasses he went above and beyond in helping with all my insurance, finding the best frame to going over all the lens options. He even tried to fix my old glasses that was falling apart truly 100 stars to him! I also want to thank Merlinda she is such a wonderful soul! She helped me with my new glasses and made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions! This place is a blessing and I am sure to be back here. Thank you Walmart Vision and Glasses Fam!
Absolutely love the people working in their. Yess it looks like they’re rude but their really not. They’re super helpful to me and my 10 year old who was getting glasses. Able to keep a conversation going . Enjoyable atmosphere. Yes this ain’t a higher end place to get glasses but they have good prices and they’re willing to help you. That’s all we ask for. Idc if someone is rude or not as long as we went in their for that reason and come out with everything met. People aren’t nice nowadays but it’s okay. The lady who helped us was super nice and explained to me how it was going to work and we went on a Thursday and my daughters glasses were ready 2 days...read full review
Samantha is great my sons frames the bridge for his nose was cutting in to his nose so we waited for her and she was able to find him a new pair of frames we're very grateful for her help
