Rachel saved my nails today. I had been going to another location in Winchester and had no idea how bad I needed Rachel, she took the time to fix what another tech failed to do, she was creative and personable, the entire staff was involved to get me the best results. This was my first experience here and it won’t be my last. Rachel has me as a forever customer.

Great staff, clean, cute, busy salon. Might want to make an appointment. They are professional, friendly, and attentive and in this area that is so hard to find. Please keep it up.Update: I stopped going bc I got cut on two occasions. On my final visit, Lan got uncomfortably close to my cuticles and cut. I understand cuts happen, but she brushed it off instead of attending to it immediately.Still give 4 stars--experiences with all other techs were great at this salon.

This is the BEST nail salon in all of Winchester! I have been going here for about 7 years now. They are busy because they are not only wonderful and offer fantastic services, but are the nicest nail techs I have ever met. They accept walk ins, and if they don’t have time right away to get you in they ALWAYS do their best and give you a better time to come back. This is because they take their time with every customer they see!! Their prices are very reasonable as well considering the great service you receive. They go above and beyond.
