Shannon Morgan has been great! I have never had issues with Pifer companies management & I’ve been renting with them for a few years now. They are very quick with maintenance requests & the mobile app has made paying rent that much easier. Nothing but good things to say.

I have to show my appreciation and give the WHOLE team their flowers because they are WELL deserved! I am currently a tenant with The Pifer Companies and I love them! Since the day I have moved in they have been so nice, helpful, kind and welcoming. It is not just one person.. it is EVERYBODY they are awesome!! I have no issues or complaints at all they are truly great people and truly great people to rent from! With that being said if you or know anybody who is looking for construction, remodeling or a place PLEASE reach out to The Pifer Companies they are a phenomenal company and will take care of your wants and needs I can guarantee you that!
