I’m new to renting as a painting contractor. Marshall in customer service made the experience fantastic. He answered all my questions about a 35 foot boom lift (actual height, tow weight, etc.) and gave me peace of mind knowing when to drop off so I wouldn’t be charged more than I wanted to be. Mike also was great in getting it attached and sending me off w/o anything falling off.

Rented a brush hog this past weekend. Had a problem and discussed with them when I returned it. They are allowing me another weekend to complete my project at no cost. Superb customer service. They have my business now and going forward.

Rented signs and stands from them. Had them ready when I showed up. They were willing to work on picking them up. Because I couldn't find the time to return them. Good rental store.
