I did a TPI assessment with Shane! It was amazing! He showed me the weaknesses in my golf swing through the advanced technology and analytics platform they had access to. Afterwards, Shane showed me some great exercises and built me a routine to improve my game!

I came to Pro PT with severe knee tendinitis, an inflamed and painful wrist, and a strained lat muscle. I am a competitive powerlifter and these injuries were keeping me from being able to train without severe pain. My PT Jacob Manley was able to help guide me over the course of a few months back to being pain free with all of my injuries and back to training regularly. Jacob was incredibly friendly, accessible, and knowledgeable and was able to make adjustments in my therapy to address any changes in my progress. I truly cannot recommend him and Pro PT enough as I would still be injured and in pain without their help.

I had left knee surgery in May and had my physical therapy at Pro Motion. What a wonderful, caring staff, from reception (Miss Karen and M8ss Katie) to all my therapist, especially Sara Roderick and Tristan. I am going to schedule my right knee soon and will definitely use Pro Motion again.
