Plasters has been very good to deal with during our new heat pump problems started a month or more ago! Brett (the tech) is very patient & friendly to deal with! I sure hope we have the problem solved!
Called on a Sunday morn, freezing outside, they came right away. Knew what to do and did so with a smile. I recently had them install a furnace and A/C. Not only did they do a great job then but now I know I can count on their service team. *PS. There was nothing wrong with their install. My propane tank was empty but the gage was frozen indicating that I still had gas.
Do not to call Plaster's for your HVAC needs.
