I had a tree come down on our roof during the windstorm today. Even though the office was closed (Saturday), Ben texted me back shortly, made arrangements, had one of his crew (Andre), stop by and evaluate the situation. Despite the bitter cold and wind, Andre rounded up a crew and equipment, were here to remove the tree within an hour, and finished shortly after and secured a tarp over the hole in the roof. Even though he was out of town Ben continued to be in touch during the work to make sure all was properly taken care of. We had a limb fall off our tree, asked our neighbor who they recommended and was given Ryan's name and website. WOW, what a fantastic job they did. This was a HUGE tree and they took 2 more down and a huge limb off another one. All done in 7 hours, that includes a full clean up. I can't say enough of how great of a job they did. Thank you guys-
Old Town Tree and Landscaping did an awesome job for us. They visited our home within an hour of our initial contact, provided an estimate within 24 hours, and then promptly scheduled our service. The crew that did our work was excellent-explained what they were doing, asked that we were satisfied with what they did, and cleaned up the debris from our yard after the work extremely well. Good, hard-working and impressive crew. We’d use them again in a minute and would highly recommend them.
