I would give zero stars if possible. We contacted this company on thanksgiving eve for an after hours call. They came out at 1130 pm to diagnose the problem. This was $122 cash. We were bringing home a newborn on thanksgiving and also had a 19 month old baby. We called on Friday after thanksgiving and they told me they couldn’t order the part until Monday. We gave them the credit card and they charged $217 for half the price of the part. It would take 7-10 days. We asked them to expedite the part and they said they couldn’t do that. Changed 144.00 for nothing. Tried to say my 3 year old HVAC was full of black mold. Showed me a very poor quality picture of an HVAC unit that was not mine and tried to tell me I needed a special 1200.00 piece of equipment to attach to the unit in order to get rid of the mold.Called another HVAC company and they could not find any mold. Beware of this business. Ask for references if you want to deal with them. Would not recommend.
Definitely Recommend!!! Very fast, affordable and get stuff done in a timely manner. Wonderful employee's!
