I received a Brightening Facial from Kai. Excellent, excellent service. She was very accommodating and attentive to any signs of irritation to any of the products used and the massage elements were the perfect firmness and quality. The facility itself was very calming and clean. I would 100% recommend this location to anyone.
We are so fortunate to have this Massage Envy franchise in Winchester. I signed up when they first opened, and have never looked back! I like the consistency of cleanliness and professionalism.
Stacy is beyond amazing!!! She is thoughtful, and kind. I've been using her for several years, and can assure you that she is FANTASTIC! She always pays particular attention to areas that are giving me problems. She is very intuitive. Well done!
Oh, and today I had a marvelous facial with Stephanie. It was the best facial I have ever had!!! State of the art!
Go!!! Go now!!
I used to love coming here, especially to see one particular therapist (I won’t name names). Unfortunately, she consistently arrived about 10 minutes late to every session. To avoid wasting any more time, I would quickly get undressed and ready—only to wait another 5–6 minutes before the massage actually began. To make matters worse, the sessions always ended 5–10 minutes early without fail.
With the recent price increase and the fact that I always tip generously, this ongoing issue is making me seriously consider cancelling my membership.
