Honestly I haven’t had better customer service in awhile. I called and left a message for a last minute order (literally needed the next day). They called me back quickly, were incredibly accommodating, delivering what we needed that same day! Kristen and Jen were professional, courteous and genuine. I highly recommend using Johnny Blue.

Kristen and her staff do a lot for the community and have sponsored the Middletown 4th of July Festival for the last 15 years. We are incredibly grateful for her support. The team is efficient, timely, kind and wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them!

We're a small customer, only booking 1 - 2 units for a couple of days a year for our off-site events. Yet even as a small buyer, Kristen and team treat us with 5 star respect and professionalism. They're fast, helpful, dependable, and the first people I message when I put a new event on the calendar.
