Joe's reminds me of the barber shop I went to during my younger years...very relaxing with respectful chatting and regular checks on the length, "how does that look?". And if anything needed to be a bit shorter, the reply was a polite "ok...no problem...you know, once I cut it, i can't put it back"
Prices are more than reasonable...cash only.
I will drive out of my way to go there for a good haircut.
