Jeremy has been our plumber for many years and he's consistently excellent. He has done a number of indoor and outdoor jobs for us, from cleaning drains to changing valves to installing new equipment and each job is done to perfection. Jeremy is knowledgable, reliable, responsive, honest, and his prices are reasonable. Jeremy and the team have complete several minor and major jobs on our 1960’s home including replacing hot water heater, replacing old cast iron plumbing, replacing disposal under the sink, replacing copper pipes that run to our hose that was leaking, replacing toilets and replacing sump pumps that failed. And even fixing the p-trap under our sink at no extra cost for labor. Every time he recommend exactly what we needed and didn’t push us for something too expensive but what allowed our house to operate and function better. I have been using JBM Plumbing for the last few years and they are very reasonable with their prices. They even came in cheaper than my home warranty company cost to replace a toilet. They are very professional and personable. They make me feel like they are a friend coming to do work in my house and not like a customer. They are SUPER responsive even to a point when I called them, they showed up that same day to give me a quote and ended up just doing the work while they were onsite.
