I would like to praise this business for their very prompt call return! I am back home visiting and was looking to get an appointment for a cut and color at the last minute. When I called i had to leave a message stating what I was looking for which is understandable and tells me they give their clients 100% of their attention over phone calls instead of walking away mid-service leaving the client just sitting there wondering, “hey, am I not your main priority ?” RESPECTFULLY…they take care of the person in their chair first and but are very prompt to make sure their calls get answered quickly by someone who is not with a client!
