The office staff and doctor were very friendly and happy! Obviously enjoyed their job. They were able to explain each step in the exam and treatment plan. The staff and doctor were thorough with the exam. I would definitely recommend this office.

This practice with Dr. Hynes is wonderful. Her staff is congenial and very helpful, especially with patience dealing with my insurance. Also, Dr. Hynes was right on with my extreme dry eye situation. No other doctor ever mentioned this. In addition, she seems very honest in trying to do the best for the patient.

Dr. Hynes was able to diagnose and treat a rare and complicated problem when no other doctors could. I have been seeing her for over a decade, and she is consistently wonderful. She has been great at working with my other specialists, too. There have recently been longer wait times, but I know from experience that it's well worth the wait to see a knowledgeable doctor who will listen to you and get to the root of your problem. The wait just means she's in high demand and taking necessary time to treat her patients instead of rushing. Dr. Hynes has always gone above and beyond in that respect.
