I want to start by saying that I will be revising this review after the ninth of this month when I go to get a bald fade from the owner himself. Here’s why…
I have been there twice for the exact same haircut for which I have a picture identical to what u want done. It’s a high bald fade with a hard part on the left side. Both times I chose the option for any available barber because A: I don’t know any of them personally and B: If the barbershop talks about giving fantastic fades then one would expect that when you select a fade to be done with a razor as your haircut for the day, you would be given someone who specializes in just that, fades. However, both times I was given a woman. Now obviously this in itself means nothing because some women do amazing fades. But after further investigation I discovered that the two ladies who I got both specialize in regular cuts aka:scissor work. Now I understand being a stylist and that’s great. But why send someone who specifically requests a bald fade to someone who does not do good fade work? Both of the cuts were sub par to say the least. The second one was absolutely atrocious and I couldn’t believe that I had just paid thirty dollars for the cut when I left. Absolutely no hard part could be seen when I left (the defining part of the cut above the fade) and the fade itself was crooked all the way around. Wasn’t blended correctly smh. I can go on but I digress. I am picky with my hair as my mother is a stylist and I won’t even allow her to touch it because she’s one of the scissor specialty types. When I pay for a bald fade I expect the bottom to be BALD using all of the correct equipment and taking the time to do it right. I specified multiple times that I wanted it bare at the bottom. It was def not that. I’m going back and giving the owner himself a shot. I am praying that it works out because I would love for this place to be my permanent biweekly barber. The atmosphere is inviting and despite the poor cuts, the stylists I have had have been for the most part genuinely nice.
The only advice I would give them would be to make sure people requesting fades get someone specializing in fades not just a random who doesn’t have a clue what they’re doing. That’s just the right way to do business. I hope I can come back and add an amazing review to this after Tuesday. Fingers crossed!!!

I've heard about Eagan & Co multiple times from random people and friends and decided to try it myself. There's a reason they're highly recommended.
The environment is unlike any other. Everyone friendly, you feel like youre a part of the crew. My son was hanging out waiting along with my fiance and they were engaging with my 3 year old as if he was part of the family.
My barber treated me right, was super cool, confident, and did an amazing job. Hot towel had me as relaxed as I've ever been. Cut was superb.
The whole place was top notch. They earned a long term customer.

Disappointing- The cut I received was a virtual butcher job. I used to go to Larry for years and was always happy with the place and my haircuts. This is the first time I've paid a decent amount for a cut which was not worth any amount. It was a butcher job, which I will wait to see if I can hide all the cut lines after a few days, and if not, I will go to a barber and get a #3 clipper cut to bring it back to what I had three months ago. I will have to start over with finding a decent hair stylist, but, unfortunately, I will not be coming back here.

After calling around & being turned down by 5 other shops in the area who refused our 2 year old son a haircut because of his cerebral palsy. Stan was my last hope and I truly could never thank him enough for not even hesitating to say yes as well as helping get him strapped in his special needs chair so he could sit up and being so patient through his spasms! He did an incredible job and was so patient, kind & accommodating! We will definitely be repeat customers!

This place does absolutely incredible work. From the way they schedule, to the environment and music. It feels inclusive and always leaves you looking and feeling great. Some truly awesome people. It has truly been a pleasure meeting and trusting them with making me look good.

I love eagan and company. Their new location is amazing (It has a pool table). The quality of my hair cut by Travis is always incredible. He is an outstanding barber. The reason why I keep going though is the atmosphere that has been developed. I talked the entire time with multiple barbers, specifically Travis and Jim. They’re so welcoming, kind, and very fun people to talk to. Everybody there is. They genuinely care about every customer and it feels like I’m going back to old friends every time. I will always get my hair cut here and I cannot recommend it enough.
