I've been to a lot of yoga classes, and Jill was one of the best teachers I've ever had. She was knowledgeable and funny and never condescending. The studio is really pretty in an urban kind of way. I highly recommend it

Many yoga studios have excellent instructors and a calming atmosphere. Dharma has those and so much more. It is really a community of people who take yoga seriously but don't take themselves seriously. You will meet seasoned practicioneers as well as first timers at Dharma, and everyone feels right at home. In addition to the exceptional yoga instruction, Dharma supports this community with wide ranging events: drum circles, Reiki, mindfulness meditation sessions, art shows,
