We’ve been ordering from Carter lumber for many years now and have always had a pleasant experience! We recently ordered a lumber package to be delivered to our home and Zach, the salesman was extremely helpful and Todd the delivery man was professional when dropping the materials to our home.

I called to get help ordering 3 exterior doors, 3 lock sets, and 3 screen doors. I never heard back from the woman or anyone else. I followed up with email and two phone calls. I then assumed they don't need my business. Loudon Lumber answered the call!
