I can't say enough good things about Sara. What she has done with my Bailey. A black lab who is terrified to get her nails done. She still is, but she now will get on the table and tolerate it thanks to Sara. Sara is patient gentle and kind with her. She calms her and greets her when she first arrives. She's very relaxed while working with her. Even though my dog is very anxious and sometimes can get a little crazy. She allows my husband or I to stay there with her and help keep her calm. I couldn't ask for a better place. The lady at the desk is also just as sweet.

So I want to start by saying I have 2 dogs, Bella my laid back Yorkie and Teddy my dramatic bichon/Yorkie mix. Teddy's first grooming when he was a puppy was a horrendous experience at Pet Smart and ever since he is "difficult" to groom as the sound of the clippers scares him and he squirms trying to get away. I needed to find a new groomer because my current one was unable to do it anymore due to new job and was so worried for my Teddy, scared to take him somewhere new for fear of him being yelled at and them losing patience with him due to being difficult. The BEST!!! We moved from TN to VA a year ago, and I was fortunate to have called Bella Rose and spoken with Nancy about our two Bichon Frise's and their special needs in grooming. Nancy took her time talking to me on the phone and was caring and understanding. I made their first appointment and we have been with Sarah ever since! Sarah listens and truly loves her clients. My girls were puppy mill "Mom's" and are very nervous. They are NEVER stressed with Sarah and are meticulously cared for! Bella Rose was the biggest blessing to our move to Winchester! We love them and could not be happier!!!! :)
