I’ve been going to Beach Bum in Winchester for about 8 years, and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, but I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Gabby, the manager.
Gabby is truly a treasure! She is always smiling, incredibly friendly, and genuinely takes the time to help. She always answers my questions, makes great recommendations, and clearly knows her products. She’s also an excellent salesperson without ever making you feel pressured.
It’s employees like Gabby who make customers want to keep coming back. Beach Bum is lucky to have her!
I consistently receive excellent service and results from BB. The staff is warm and welcoming, the rooms and beds are always spotless, and the bulbs are changed regularly. I give this location my highest recommendation.
