Edited Spring 2025: My dog is now 9 years old, and I still adore Sage and the team at At Your Bark n Call. They have always done so well with my dog, and she always comes home looking fantastic. I moved about an hour away several years ago, and I still brought her back to Winchester to get groomed. We tried other places near us, but it just didn't turn out as well (literally my entire family agreed on this). We are now moving out of state, which is the only reason we are leaving At Your Bark n Call, and we are truly so sad about having to find a new groomer. We would absolutely recommend this as a wonderful and safe place for your fur babies to get groomed.
When I found one late afternoon that my regular groomer was closed I decided to give Bark’n Call a try. When I tried the door I found that they too were already closed but they let us in anyway! I only wanted to get my very old long-haired dachshund’s nails trimmed and they happily did it for me. They were so nice and accommodating that I decided to make an appointment for a grooming for her. When I came back for that they did an outstanding job! My dog is 17 and needs a little extra tenderness. They probably spent an extra hour on her and she came out looking like a puppy again. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Sage, Alyssa, and all employees are not only friendly, but incredibly attentive and loving towards our adorable Lucy. The grooming has been wonderful and Lucy always comes out looking like a beautiful princess! They are accommodating with schedules, offer goodies gift treat bags for holidays, and always adorn Lucy with a very cute bandana or bows!
We LOVE At Your Bark and Call and have recommended this groomer to other dog owners.
