I met the owner of Kelly Heating & Cooling in March of 2023, on a matter not related to his business. It came up that he owned a heating & cooling business, & I just happened to be in the market for a new heat pump & air handler. We discussed my situation, & even though I was about an hour-and-a-half outside of his regular service area, we came to a very reasonable agreement and a few days later I had a new system installed, and running. The install team was on-time, fast, & professional.

Our furnace died at the end of March when temperatures were still dipping below 40 degrees. We could not wait to have the furnace fixed or replaced, and I had a feeling that parts were going to be hard to find in stock since the furnace was installed in ****. I called Kelly Heating & Cooling, and they came by the same day and had the new furnace installed the following day. The price was made clear up front, and I had no issues when the final bill came.
