Easy to schedule, came on time, provided us with a quote for additional work and handled a couple basic things like outlet changes and removing items from the breaker. Basic visit fee is $250 which I thought was a little high, however the outlet changes and breaker changes were all included as a part of that.

Victor's crew did a fantastic job on my recent service call. I contacted them to do some repairs that I needed done to bring my recent home purchase up-to-code on it's home inspection. The crew came to my home on time, assessed the inspection documents with me, formulated a plan, and helped clarify the repairs that they were going to do before starting the job. They made me feel like I was part of the repair process and not just a "payment" at the end of the job. Wish I could remember the crew members' names, but maybe Victor can post them in the reply section to give them credit, where credit is due. MVE just completed a whole (very old....) house electrical service upgrade for me in Riner, VA. New AEP meter, new panel, new runs to all existing circuits, new line to outbuilding including generator hookup. Vic, Mike, Dan and Caleb were all great. Super pleasant and polite, worked hard, and answered my many questions. Great team and great company to work with.
