My bestie and I spent 3 days sampling all the services this spa has to offer. I recommend the infrared sauna, float tank, facial, and (of course) the cave! I chose to use my ear buds with my own soundtrack, and I was asleep almost immediately! I can say that the cave definitely helped me breathe a lot easier.

Amazing Spa and wonderful people! If you go there you don’t want to go back out! It’s super relaxing and you fall asleep…..the deep tissue massage was wonderful and I can definitely recommend this place and those friendly ladies!

My husband and I have been using the Salt Spa for 6 years and have had wonderful experiences. We love massages with our favorite therapist, Jenny, the salt cave, and the float tank. When we have visitor from out of town, we bring them to the cave to experience it.We feel welcomed when enter the spa by the receptionist and they always ask about our experience.We highly recommend the Williamsburg Salt Spa for your relaxation experience.
