The arrangement I had delivered to an employee was beautiful. They went above and beyond to ensure I received my invoice. I did not expect a call back after they tried to email me my invoice multiple times. (For some reason I never received an email). But they took a picture of the invoice and texted it to me and also sent me a picture of the arrangement! If I ever need to send another arrangement in the Williamsburg area I will definitely order from here again!!

I came in this business and was greeted by a friendly lady welcoming me and asking could she help me? I ordered a nice bouquet of flowers for my Wife's Birthday? She said she would setup a nice floral for her. I asked her could have it ready for pickup the next day? She said it would be ready, When it arrived, my Wife was delighted, the cost was reasonable and the Owner was too! I would attach a picture, I always run late

Had a loved one admitted to Williamsburg Sentara the week before Thanksgiving, 2023 and thought it would be nice to send something Christmasy instead of flowers. I tried two other florists, but neither had holiday greens in stock yet. Called Williamsburg Floral, and without hesitation, they created a wonderful option for us! They started with an 8 inch potted pine tree, and added Christmas decorations and some cinnamon sticks in there, so it would smell wonderful and Christmasy for the patient.
