Rented a tent, dance floor, tables, chairs, and champagne glasses from here. Everything arrived in great condition and everything including the tables and chairs were set up for us in the exact same way we had it on the CAD drawing we gave to them which was a HUGE help!

Lori was extremely helpful along the way and very responsive to any email or call I made regarding my order. She was also very patient working with us even though we had no idea what we were doing without a wedding planner lol.

We had a lot of guests compliment us on the tent and the cathedral window sidewalls. Who knew a tent could be compliment-worthy😂 I just wish I had some photos of...read full review

Had an amazing experience with Williamsburg Event Rentals. The staff was kind, easy to work with, and friendly. I loved that this company charged a per event price, which meant that I could pick up on Friday and drop off on Monday for my weekend rental.The website was really easy to use for shopping around and I loved that I could go to their showroom too.Just had a small rental from them for this past event, but am confident this is a company I want to work with again in the future. I highly recommend them!
