This specific Valvoline always does an amazing job. I put a LOT of miles on my car due to my job, and depending where I’m at in Virginia, I always try to use a Valvoline. While here at the one in Williamsburg, Kyle was my service advisor. He did a fantastic job walking me through the service and any recommended services going forward and reminding me of factory recommended intervals.

Therefore, here’s a review on Mr. Dwayne because of the impression he approached me with from the beginning to the end! He greeted me with a smile, was fair, gave me a discount, and applied the coupon. He shined the whole time, was quick (even with additional service), and was respectful and friendly.
PATRICCCCCKKKKK IS THE BEST MANAGER!!!! Her is very knowledgeable, polite and caring about your vehicle. I get all my oil changes with valvoline. He noticed a screw was loose under my car from the last service and waved the fee to reserve it again. Taking accountability for the person who performed my last oil changed. He is the best!! Everyone at this location is the best!! Fast service as well!
