I've been to this Valvoline location a number of times. Each time I've had a great experience. The team here is friendly and focus on providing great service. My most recent visit included a standard oil change. My wait was a little longer than previous visits due to the person in front of me requesting additional services. One of the team members came by to let me know that the wait would be an additional 10 minutes, which I appreciated. During my oil change, I was asked if I had a coupon for my oil change. Valvoline sent out a Black Friday 25% off coupon for an oil change over $35. I like that the business sends perks via email to keep your service. This is my favorite Valvoline location by far.

We had a pleasant experience with our transfer case, transmission fluid, and routine oil change. The service was fast and thorough at a reasonable price. On our way home we noticed a strong gasoline - like smell. We returned immediately and within a few minutes three staff members checked our car and made sure that everything was properly done. They discovered a spill, and cleaned it up quickly. They are overall very responsive and have great customer service.
