Tim and his crew did an absolutely amazing job putting an addition on our house for my mother-in-law! Our situation was not an easy task, as there were too many people trying to make decisions. Tim handled everything with professionalism and respect. My mother-in-law loves everything and is so happy! Can’t recommend Upward Construction, Tim, and his crew enough!
Upward Construction has worked on two good-sized projects at my house in Williamsburg since early 2023, and Tim Jones and his team did a great job on both. The first replaced a badly worn set of stairs and deck with composite board and vinyl trim that is just beautiful to look at. The second project involved general rehab on the exterior of my house that included extensive painting and repair of damaged wood, in addition to replacing both a window and also a door to the house. The project also involved building a large bookcase to match one built into the house on the other side of a room. All of the work was very nicely done, both inside and outside of the house. I have found Upward very easy to work with and have no complaints whatsoever about their work Owner Tim Jones is very good at getting back to you when you first ask about work, writes a clear estimate, and answers questions to make sure you get what you want. He has a great team that gets the job done well, is courteous, and cleans up the job site well (not everybody does this....). I'm already planning to have them redo a couple of bathrooms in my house in the next year or so and will call them for other jobs going ahead. I highly recommend Upward Construction.
I don't even know where to begin. From the moment we began to have conversations about our remodel Tim showed up with such a high level of integrity that my husband and I knew Upward was the right contractor for us. Upward has been in our home since Jan remodeling two bathrooms, a kitchen, and finished our basement. The craftmanship, level of professionalism, the respect, work ethic, and desire for excellence has been extremely appreciated and impressive. This is an organization that truly represent the values they speak of and do what they say they will do and more. We are so grateful for Tim and the team!
